Mason Cooke Andrews (April 19, 1919 – October 13, 2006) was a Virginia politician and physician, known for delivering America's first in vitro baby.

Andrews served as president of the American Gynecological and Obstetrical Society and was on the Norfolk City Council for 26 years, serving as mayor from 1992 to 1994. He was instrumental in the creation of the Eastern Virginia Medical School.
